Promoting Health in Pediatric GI with Culinary Medicine

Blending the art of cooking with the science of medicine, this new six-part NASPGHAN webinar series offers live interactive educational seminars highlighting the importance of food and diet within a patient’s health plan, as well as instructions on using culinary medicine tailored to specific GI diseases and symptoms.

Each episode pairs a physician and a registered dietitian, and includes an overview of the GI condition, an introduction of dietary management recommendations and a cooking demonstration by a medical chef showing how to carry out the recommendations using corresponding recipes.
